We had an incredible honeymoon stay in this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to help us call a taxi or give us directions to get to the nearby attractions. This hotel is well-located and close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Additionally, it was easy to find public transport like becak or taxi. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop pool and loved the Christmas decorations. The cleanliness was great, and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel is located in a prime tourist area, with easy access to transportation on a taxi or beca, and close to the downtown area. the room and bathroom are very clean, with white sheets and duvet covers that have been changed regularly. the friendly staff provides good service and the hotel restaurant offers a nice variety of Indonesian and European fare.

The hotel is let down by the poor maintenance of the swimming pool, with unclear water and inadequate staff for safety.
